Welcome to The Wave Diving Center. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and activities provided by our dive center. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Booking & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your reservation will be confirmed automatically. Your booking confirmation will be sent by email and will also be available in your account.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in your reservation being cancelled.
- Cash: EUR, USD, GBP, or EGP
- Credit/Debit Card & Online Payments: 3.5% processing fee applies
- Bank Transfer: Available upon request (contact us for details)
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before the start of the activity: Full refund of the booking price.
- Cancellations 24 hours or less before the start of the activity, or in case of no-show: No refund will be issued.
With a valid medical certificate, your booking may be refunded or rescheduled without penalty.
No refunds will be issued for redeemed PADI digital products (eLearning, codes, manuals).
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather, sea conditions, or operational reasons. A full refund or rescheduling will be offered if we cancel.
Medical Requirements
Scuba diving requires a reasonable level of physical fitness. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to dive.
All divers and students will be required to complete a Medical Questionnaire upon check-in at the dive center. This form is also available for download on our website and we highly recommend reviewing it in advance.

The Wave Diving Center will not be held responsible for any financial loss or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Natural disasters (“Acts of God”)
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Operational changes required by local authorities
It is your responsibility, and a condition of your booking with The Wave Diving Center, that you ensure you have purchased comprehensive dive and travel insurance specific to your booking. You are responsible to check that these include:
- a. Dive Injury Insurance: covering all risks, costs and expenses likely to be incurred as a result of a diving injury, including but not limited to re-compression chamber treatments, air evacuation, and loss or damage to possessions, search and rescue teams. This insurance should cover all scuba diving or water sports activities that you are likely to undertake during your trip.
- b. Medical Evacuation Insurance: covering all risks, costs and expenses likely to arise from a diving or non-diving injury requiring your evacuation to a place of specialist care, including but not limited to low altitude air evacuation; specialist treatment and direct; and indirect losses
- c. Comprehensive Travel Insurance: that includes changes or cancellation to your travel plans, loss or damage to your luggage and contents.
Diving Conduct & Safety
As a certified diver, you are fully responsible for:
- Your own and your buddy’s safety
- Planning your dive and diving your plan
- Monitoring your depth, air, and no-decompression limits
- Beginning, conducting, and ending your dive safely with your buddy
Our dive guides will always deliver a detailed dive briefing before every dive, including site information, safety procedures, and environmental reminders.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated. Individuals may be removed without refund.
- Diving under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Divers who appear intoxicated or hungover will be denied entry into the water.
We follow a strict “No Touch” marine policy. Damage or disturbance to marine life or coral reefs will result in dive termination without refund.
Changes to Activities
We reserve the right to change dive sites, schedules, or activities due to weather, sea conditions, or operational needs. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
Legal Jurisdiction
By booking with The Wave Diving Center, you acknowledge and agree that: You are entering into a contract with a company established in Egypt. Our services are governed by Egyptian laws, regulations, and operational practices, which may differ from those in your country of residence.
Consent to Terms
By proceeding with a booking, you agree to all Terms & Conditions listed on this page, including payment, cancellation, health, safety, and insurance policies.
If you do not accept these terms, do not proceed with the booking.
